I'm afraid Tristram didn't compose or have any involvement in the writing or making of the Dr.Who theme tune. He was employed to do it originally but due to management changes he didn't. He did some incidental music for Dr.Who later on (in the first daleks episode for example) but the theme tune was written by Ron Grainer and realised by Delia Derbyshire.....
